What to expect from your Home Inspection
Your Inspection
As a Home Inspection company in South Carolina, we follow the ASHI(American Society of Home Inspectors) standards of practice that has been adopted by the SC Labor, Licensing, and Regulation(LLR) Residential Builders Commission. However, our Home Inspection process exceeds these standards in many ways. We believe in treating our customers the way we would want to be treated. Rather than doing the bare minimum that is required, we treat every Home Inspection as if it’s our own, with a level of care and attention to detail that is unmatched in our industry. We leave no stone unturned, and inspect every visible component of the home to ensure our customers are fully informed about the condition of the property they wish to purchase.
Your Inspector
At Magnolia, we aren’t interested in being just your average Home Inspectors. Our goal is to set the new standard for excellence when it comes to Home Inspections. In addition to being fully licensed and insured for SC home inspections, all of our inspectors must complete and pass 2 accredited training courses through AHIT(American Home Inspector Training Institute) and InterNACHI(International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) before they can become a Magnolia Home Inspector. The state of South Carolina does not require Home Inspectors to complete any sort of continuing education, which is why we require all of our inspectors to complete a minimum of 2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) per year through InterNACHI. It is important for our team to stay up-to-date with the latest building trends and techniques, to ensure we provide the most thorough and knowledgeable Home Inspection report to our customers.
